A regulated Canadian immigration consultant will reply to your support ticket and provide the answer to your question.

How it works and what you can expect:
Step 1: After completing the checkout process, please go to your Somerset Immigration Service online account to open a support ticket.
Step 2: Your support ticket will be treated with priority and you can expect a reply within 10 hours.
Step 3: Reply to the support ticket as many times as needed until you are satisfied that your question has been fully answered.
Step 4: You may voluntarily close the support ticket when you are satisfied with the support you received or the immigration consultant will close the support ticket after two days of inactivity.

At no additional cost, you will be able to reopen a closed support ticket if you feel that your issue has not been solved yet or something new came up in relation to the support ticket. Follow-up or additional questions will require another paid support ticket.

Support tickets can only cover general questions and those that can be answered without the need to know the entire details of your case or application. Paid support tickets that are outside of this scope will be refunded minus a $4.95 processing fee or a different support ticket can be submitted.
